On November 11, 2011 Journal & Courier listed Huston Electric, Inc. as the

Huston Electric was founded in 1939 and has continued to serve North Central Indiana
from their Lafayette & Kokomo locations.

Huston was founded by Donald & Julia Huston in 1939 in Kokomo, Indiana.  In the early 70’s, Dave Huston, the son of Donald & Julia took over as CEO/ President and made the decision to open a second location in Lafayette, Indiana.
