Huston Electric—Matt Boor, honored as Employee of the Year!

On November 3, 2011 with Mayor Greg Goodnight, City and County Elected Officials, Guest Speaker Quinn Buckner and over
350 Business Leaders in attendance at the Kokomo Country Club, the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance
announced Matt Boor, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Huston Electric, Inc. as Employee of the Year for 2011.

On November 3, 2011 with Mayor Greg Goodnight, City and County Elected Officials, Guest Speaker Quinn Buckner and over
350 Business Leaders in attendance at the Kokomo Country Club, the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance
announced Matt Boor, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Huston Electric, Inc. as Employee of the Year for 2011.

The nomination criteria were based on several categories: Business Growth, Leadership, Community Involvement and History of the Business. Jeff Cardwell, CEO of Huston Electric, Inc. nominated Matt and Matt was in attendance to accept the award.

“First of all, I would like to thank Jeff for nominating me for this award and to the Huston family for supporting and believing in me. I’m blessed to have such a great team at Huston Electric and the opportunity to succeed. This award makes all of the community volunteering and long hours worth it. I would also like to thank many of you in the room for all of your past and future business. YOU are the backbone of Huston Electric.” Matt stated.
